Fees and Costs associated with this course:
18 with cart was $37. Went with a group of buddies for a little man-cation outing.

History of the golfer who played this course:
Played for about 10 years so far. 20+ handicap. Strengths are putting and iron play, weaknesses are occasional bad decisions and frequent slices off the drive.

Specific likes about this course:
It wasn't terribly challenging, and for the type of outing we were in that's just what we were looking for. My favorite holes were 17 and 18. 17 you have to carry a pond to reach the fairway and 18 is almost an island green, at least it felt that way.

Dislikes about this course:
This course is somewhat of a shooting gallery. Several of the holes are side to side with only a few trees between fairways so you end up waiting for folks to hit out of your fairway who are approaching from the opposite side. Pace of play was ok, we didn't have any particular problems that day. Course conditions were so-so. My least favorite hole was ol' number 7. You're basically hitting over a local road and if there is any amount of traffic that day, and you're the type that likes to wait, it can get pretty annoying.

Is this course worth the fees?
$37 for 18 and a cart is pretty cheap in this area. There are local Muni's that would charge $50 for the same play, but that are also much more manicured. Moon Golf Club is nice for what it is, a local course that gets a lot of play and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

19th Hole: What extra amenities did this course offer?
There is a little pub / grille on site. 6 packs were pretty cheap, as were the dogs on the turn, but we didn't stick around afterwards.

Summary and opinions of this golf course:
Overall, a decent little public course that is inexpensive and plays OK if you don't mind a couple annoyances. Hey, it's close - about 10 minutes away so we weren't complaining.
