The only mistake I made was not buying more of them in this buy one get one special at Dick's and just burying them in my bag for later in the year. I usu AC02829 - Very attractive bag and very functional except the putter tube. My golfing partner liked mine so much, he purchased one, but the bottom of his putter tube gave way also. Ultralight Stand - Overall, for the price we paid, I have no complaints. The bag is nothing terribly fancy, it's just light, functional and comfortable. What else could you want for 70 bucks. GS-1 - What you get for $150 in this set is unbelievable. I would buy it if I had to do it all over again. I do not see how you could crack a putter like the other guy said. A driver maybe, but unlikely. XRC - Definately a very good starter set that will not impede progress of learning the game (thats what my Dad said anyway) the correct way. A great overall package for a tight budget. Vanquish - Can't quite believe the other reviewers...maybe it is before the company made such a good set, but their reviews don't add up...at least for me. GS-1 - The very cheap price (now available for about $170) makes this a very good starter set. the irons and wedges work very well. I have added a high quality driver and putter.
