Version 2 400 cc - If I had to pay more, I still would go with this club. Alpha Reaction is making a great forged ti driver for a fair price. v.2 425 - Very happy with club. Clubhead is a little small at 425cc's. I would be interested in how the 830.2 (460cc)performs with the same shaft. Version 2, 3/5-woods, Aldila NV 75R - Looking for something different, that will out-perform the mass production brands? Give Alpha a try. I think you'll be pleased. I bought the a driver, 3-wood and 5-wood, without ever touching one, a V2 425 cc w/Accuflex Assassin stiff - Great club for the money. See if you can get a clubfitting first to make sure of your clubhead speed and your style so you can get the correct shaft matched with the correct loft. Especially if you compare to OEM's priced $400 and up! I hit the v2 - C830.2 - The C830.2 driver head is a keeper. It is now up there with my favorites. Worth the price, even at retail, if U want to go long with some consistency. I am not a long drive contest guy, I just play V3 - I am very, very happy to have taken a chance on this club and come out a winner.
