Billy Casper Golf to Manage Jennings Mill Country Club (Athens, GA), Introduces Two New Membership Programs

(VIENNA, VA) – Billy Casper Golf (“BCG”) has been selected to manage Jennings Mill Country Club (Athens, GA), home of PGA TOUR Qualifying School since 1997 and the Nationwide Tour’s Athens Regional Foundation Classic since 2006.

Jennings Mill represents the 17th property under BCG management in the Southeastern U.S. Under the multi-year agreement, BCG will turnkey all aspects of Jennings Mill’s golf course and property maintenance, staffing and training, clubhouse operations, golf instruction, marketing and public relations, special events and financial management.

As part of this management change, BCG and Jennings Mill have introduced two new memberships to the local community. The Annual Golf family membership includes greens fees, clubhouse privileges and use of the state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis facilities and pool complex. The Annual Sports membership grants access to the clubhouse, fitness center, tennis facilities, pool complex and four rounds of golf per year.

“Introducing the two new no-initiation-fee membership programs is the first of many exciting changes Billy Casper Golf will create for members and their guests,” says Scott Budinsky, Managing Director of Titan Capital Investment Group, owner of Jennings Mill. “The company shares our goal of providing more affordable options to the Bogart and Athens communities.”

Peter Hill, Chairman and CEO of BCG, describes Jennings Mill “among the top-five most invigorating courses in Georgia.

“Jennings Mill golfers face stiff but fair tests each time they tee it up. The solid course provides an excellent foundation for membership growth that Billy Casper Golf will stimulate.”

Opened in 1986, Jennings Mill offers members a bevy of amenities – full golf-practice facility, fitness center, tennis courts, pool, restaurant and banquet space – making it a natural fit for recreation and social gatherings. Designed by renowned architect Bob Cupp, the challenging par-72, 7,200-yard, links-style layout hosted the Georgia State Golf Association Mid-Amateur Championship in addition to PGA and Nationwide Tour events. Built on hilly terrain with narrow fairways, Jennings Mill has numerous creeks, ponds, lakes and streams which come into play on most holes.
